Website & Customer Portal Terms

The website provides company information and ways to contact us, request a quote, register as a customer, or apply for a position. A website request or submission does not itself confirm a shipment, establish a rate, approve credit, or guarantee employment. Our team will confirm any transportation arrangement separately.

These online-use terms do not replace any applicable quote, contract, bill of lading, tariff, credit agreement, or other terms governing transportation, storage, payment, claims, or liability. If those documents govern a service, they control that service.

Portal access is for authorized customer representatives and the customer accounts assigned to them. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential, do not share access with unauthorized people, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or remove access to protect shipment information or address misuse.

Shipment status, documents, and billing details in the portal are provided to help you manage your account. Contact dispatch or billing if a record appears incomplete or incorrect. Portal availability and displayed information may change as records are updated.

Do not attempt to access another customer's records, bypass access controls, interfere with site operation, introduce harmful code, or use the online services for an unlawful purpose. Do not submit information you are not authorized to provide.

Please provide accurate contact and shipment details so we can respond and perform requested services. You are responsible for having permission to submit information about your company, contacts, shipments, and documents. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Website text, images, logos, and design are provided for your use of the site and remain the property of McDonald's Delivery or their respective owners. You may not present them as your own or use our name or logo to imply an endorsement. Links to outside services, including hosted application forms, are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and practices.

We work to keep our online services available and information current, but may update, interrupt, or discontinue a feature. We may revise these terms from time to time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the new version applies to later online use.
